You need to ensure that you've got the upstream dep sites listed too.

Your average end-user would have these two sites preloaded into JBDS5, and they'd exist w/ content:

http://devstudio.jboss.com/updates/5.0/ (includes Core + target platform)
http://devstudio.jboss.com/updates/5.0/extras/ (includes 3rd party stuff + JBT Maven Integration)

But since those don't exist yet (URLs work but content is not there yet), try adding these sites to JBDS:

http://www.qa.jboss.com/binaries/RHDS/updates/jbds-target-platform_3.3.indigo/latest/ (target platform)
http://www.qa.jboss.com/binaries/RHDS/updates/development/5.0.0.M2/ (core)
http://www.qa.jboss.com/binaries/RHDS/updates/development/5.0.0.M2_extras/ (extras)

Then add this one and you should be able to install everything w/o resolution problems:
