if user used such uri xmlns:l="urn:jsptagdir:/WEB-INF/tags/layout", he will be able define laoyt1.tagx, layot2.tagx, layout3.tagx and etc possible templates in web project. And then use on page like following l:layout1. User can dynamicly add and remove components in project. For not not possible add Template wich will be handle all this components.
