AS7 haven't released yet thus we are changing M2 to fallback to kill the process loosing graceful shutdown. Users that needs that can either run AS7 externally or use the shutdown operation in CLI or http.

We'll update M3 stream to have this integrated  as soon as as7 jars are available for it.
