Not sure there is a fix - you need to install the REQUIRED client (JavaHL) but it won't work w/o the platform-specific libraries. Then you can install the SVNKit client (pure java) which works anywhere, but it seems the default JavaHL is selected so you have to manually tell Eclipse to use the good one, not the incomplete one. *shrug*

Guess we could open a JIRA against subclipse...?
