Hey Grid, the links for 3.2.0.GA Web Services guide are now fixed. 

The 'latest' folder is for the latest stable releases. 
The 'latest-dev' is for milestones (though isn't always up to date, but that's an issue I have to deal with. 

This reflects the 'downloads and updates' page for jboss tools: http://www.jboss.org/tools/download where we have stable and development downloads available
