    Steps to Reproduce: 
1) in the servers view: choose "New->Server"
2) hit "Configure runtime environments", 
3) choose "JBoss 7.0 Runtime" & push "Next"
4) hit "Browse" and choose a bogus directory (ex. /tmp)

Result:
The wizard should warn the user that the directory that he chose is not a valid as7 home directory

1) create a new AS7 server adapter
2) choose an invalid (rex. /tmp) deploy directory

Result:
The server adapter should warn the user that the directory that was chose is not the deploy directory of an AS7 server
