When you don't explicitly show me what you did, and then something goes wrong, it's hard for me to guess the problem. 

Did you commit to 4.x branch? 

did you build the target platform and parent pom first? 

Did you try any other commandline flags to resolve dependencies, like the ones used in Hudson?

Did you try to build in trunk or in 4.x branch, or both?
