Registering event-handler in extension point 'org.eclipse.wst.common.project.facet.core.facets' is deprecated in Eclipse 3.7. Now implementation of IFacetedProjectListener should be registered in extension point 'org.eclipse.wst.common.project.facet.core.listeners'. I suggest replacing PostInstallJsfFacetDelegate with listener that handles both facets: 'jst.jsf' and 'jst.webfragment'.
