Currently the plan is to keep the Getting Started Guide as JBDS specific and have installation instructions for the plug-ins in their respective guides. Since the install process that takes place will be different for JBT and JBDS, for each plug-in, we are going to be setting up conditional building. Meaning that the guides will display JBT install instructions by default (to ensure nightly build accuracy) and JBDS install instructions when we build the guides for JBDS (which, for most will refer a user to the Getting Started Guide).
