I'm not sure I understand why this is a problem.
The context menu for the Pick allows you to add an OnMessage or OnAlarm which (IMO) is correct
The context menu for the OnMessage or OnAlarm branches allows you to add activities - also correct.
Please explain what you think should be in the context menus for these.
