Base version of the Externalize All Strings dialog was implemented.
Page1: User selects the bundle file. All the properties are shown in the table.
Page2: Shows the list of all non-externalized string with the generated keys. User can edit key directly in the table.
Page3: User selects the way how to register resource bundle on the page.

TODO list:
1) Validation for keys should be added.
2) Page3 functionality should be finished.
3) JUnit should be added.
