Steps to reproduce:

- import a Maven CDI project
The CDI facet and CDI settings will be set up.
- disable CDI settings; CDI facet should be unchanged
- right click the project and call Maven>Update Project Configuration

Before fixing this issue, the CDI settings hasn't been enabled. After fixing it, the CDI settings will be enabled correctly.
