Do you want me to do the following:

- add the CDI settings if a project contains any org.jboss.seam.*:*:3.*  dependency (groupId starts with org.jboss.seam and  version is between 3 and 4) 
- add the CDI facet if the project is a WTP project (war, ejb ...)

I am not sure how we could add the JSF facet because it requires JSF libraries.
