To confirm:

We've decided that 

* JBDS 4.1 will include BPEL as a "third party update" from https://devstudio.jboss.com/updates/4.0/extras/, and 
* JBDS 5.0 can include BPEL in the installer as part of the "core" set of features installed OOTB.

I haven't heard anything about a JBDS 4.1.1... when's that scheduled?

Not sure if the wording is correct here, so will ping Ken to review/amend this jira as needed...
