Open SVN perspective and try to add some SVN location (http://anonsvn.jboss.org/repos/jbosstools/)

Error window is displayed with title "Subclipse Native Library Not Available" and error text is 
"Failed to load JavaHL Library.
These are the errors that were encountered:
no libsvnjavahl-1 in java.library.path
no svnjavahl-1 in java.library.path
no svnjavahl in java.library.path
