JBoss Tools ESB project for helloworld_mail and Java project for testing.

The ESB project requires the following:
mail-ra.jar located in project folder.  This jar is required to build the project.
camel-mail-2.4.0.jar located in esbcontent/lib folder.  This jar is required to deploy the project.
