"Fixed" for 3.2.1 by running "find . -name feature.properties -exec perl -pi -w -e 's/2010(.*)Red Hat/2011$1Red Hat/g;' {} \;"

Cloned this for trunk into JBIDE-8997 where we should make this replacement a bit better (i.e. it should be 2010-2011 afaik but need to check legal ;)
