We have to build the project before close the wizard. Probably some builder is using TCP connection (I see it in the thread dump) and Seam wizard is waiting this builder. Need some investigation to find out what is so special in your case. Did you modify project facets or you used only default ones: Seam, JSF, Web, Java?
