Note that the plugin in question, org.hamcrest_1.1.0.v20090501071000.jar, is available here:

http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/updates/requirements/orbit/S20110515001817/plugins/ (which is part of the Indigo M7 composite site ref'd in the subject of this JIRA).
