Nick Boldt resolved JBIDE-8974.
-------------------------------

Release Notes Docs Status: Not Required
Release Notes Text: For testing the installation of locally-built components, can use this new folder, http://anonsvn.jboss.org/repos/jbosstools/trunk/build/aggregate/local-site/, as an update site which points at relative-path folders on disk (with fallback to composite staging trunk site for components not built locally).
                   Resolution: Done

New site is here: http://anonsvn.jboss.org/repos/jbosstools/trunk/build/aggregate/local-site/. Assuming user has already checked out ~/trunk/build/, this folder will therefore be available for testing installation of locally-built components w/o having to build the aggregate site itself.

> create clone of http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/builds/staging/_composite_/3.3.indigo/* with relative paths to dirs on disk (~/trunk/jmx/site/target/site/) so that locally built files can be used to test installation.
> Place this in ~/trunk/build/aggregate/site/ ?
