m2e RC2 is available from the milestone update site, m2e-wtp is compatible with it.
Until we figure out how to publish and consume our own m2e-wtp builds, we can use this one https://repository.sonatype.org/content/sites/forge-sites/m2eclipse-wtp/0.13.0/N/0.13.0.201105110807/ for our TP
