Denis Golovin commented on JBDS-1659:
-------------------------------------

In Mac OSX to force Eclipse use certan JVM two options can be used:
1. Use -vm option in .ini file
2. Add -vm option in .app/Contents/Info.plist

If Java Preferences configured like
!screenshot69.png!
Using one of those two option it is possible to force eclipse to use Java 1.5 or 1.6. Java configured in Info.plist overrides java configured in .ini file.

But if Java Prferences configured like
!screenshot70.png!
Then no matter what is configured in .ini or Info.plist, eclipse in Jboss Developer Studio/About JBoss Developer Studio/Installation Details/Configuration always says Java 1.5 is configured.

> If java 1.5 is set as default in the Java Preferences utility and you select java 1.6 during JBDS installation, it is still started with 1.5.
