----------------------------------------------------------------

I've created a new org.jboss.tools.common.mylyn plug-in with two default repositories (have not committed yet):
1. issues.jboss.org
2. bugzila.redhat.com

Bugzilla seems to work perfectly but JIRA wont let you to connect to until you set a user name/password in Task Repositories View.
For example Atlassian JIRA asks you a name/password when you are trying to connect to https://studio.atlassian.com.
JBoss JIRA just breaks any connection w/o credentials.
I get the following exception message it the log:
"Could not update filters: JIRA RPC services are not enabled. Please contact your JIRA administrator."
But if you go to the settings page for the JBoss JIRA Repository and add a user name/password then it starts working.

It works fine if you set user ID/password in Properties Page of the repo.

> Create new plugin which extends Mylyn extention point to provide OOTB connections to issues.jboss.org & bugzilla.redhat.com w/o making users add them manually
> Ref: JBDS50_0210. Dependent on JBDS50_0135 (JBDS-1682 - need Atlassian JIRA connector in JBDS)
