Nick Boldt resolved JBDS-1888.
------------------------------

    Resolution: Won't Fix

Discussed offline and decision was made by QE that we don't plan to support the rollback scenario from JBDS 4.x+1 to 4.x. If users want to revert an update, then can reinstall from the old installer.

This way the update site retains only the latest release bits and will be more performant when searching for updates or new features to install (eg., from the Extras site).
