Martin, this issue is one more example of bugs which is hard to reproduce for sure.
We definitely had unsafe code which we believe caused this exception. This code was fixed and we can't reproduce that exception anymore.
And since we can't provide any good steps to verify it and we do have JUnit tests that check any exceptions occurred during validation I think we can close the issue.
