I can reproduce the problem with resizing described in this jira. Will try to fix it.
Could you describe how I can reproduce "project examples categories collapsing/not showing up".?
That issue was existing for some time, but it is fixed now.

All the components already use the Eclipse resizing stuff (GridLayout and TableWrapLayout). However, the resizing doesn't work for me without  the custom resize method.
Maybe it is possible to do that without a custom resizing, but I haven't found any way.
Most of the forms editors that could serve as an example, have a fixed content. This editor has variable sections. They are the Project Examples, News and Blogs section.
