The top row of icons have a funny sequence:

JBoss Tools website, Eclipse Marketplace, Preferences and then Twitter.

A mix of news, additional downloads, twitter etc.

I suggest we move the Twitter icon down to the News section so that gets grouped and the Preferences icon gets placed in upper right corner instead of mixed in between others.
