Vitali, if we want to fix this issue properly, we should implement support of JSP custom tags in CSS open-ons. It's not a trivial task and new features for JSP support is not our priority. Sorry. If you can then provide a patch to fix these issues but it should be a fix for all the cases which use tagx files. Such a patch would include a patch for KB builder which loads/scans libs and KB model which should work with tagx files + a patch for KB Page context factory which should be able to include related tagx files and make them available for CSS Open ons. It's a pretty complex task.
