Have added patch features for win32_32 and win32_64 to the JBDS 4.0 staging site. Next need to verify this process:

a) install JBDS 4.x
b) install swt patch feature appropriate to OS (from http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/updates/helios/ or JBDS 4.0 staging site); restart.
c) install Mylyn from JBT composite requirements site (or eclipse.org site); restart
d) verify that JBDS NO LONGER CRASHES after updating to patched SWT
