New site allows installing of patch features & their sources into JBDS 4 for win32 (tested on Win7_64). Note that the 64-bit features can't be installed into JBDS 4 because it's a 32-bit app. The other patch features are for JBoss Tools users, I suppose.

Maybe we should remove/suppress them?
