Hi Isaac,

Sorry to come back to you about this issue so late. 
To reproduce the problem on my machine, I'd need you to export the projects not as war files, but using the "export" wizard with the option "export as..>archive". This will create a zip file containing the source code (java and xml) along with the project configuration files (.project, .classpath and .settings folder).

Can you do that please ?
