The label in the project explorer is:
RESTful Web Services
and in the project facets
JAX-RS (REST Web Services)

These labels should match as they are related. I prefer the "JAX-RS REST Web Services" label as it will match up better with the "JAX-WS Web Services" that WTP throws in for free (even if my project has no JAX-WS endpoints).
