Within JBDS it would make more sense to have link to http://devstudio.jboss.com and exclude the marketplace link since we don't have the marketplace available in JBDS.

Thus, as we did for the Usage tracker, we need a com.jboss.jbds plugin to control the content in the JBDS version of JBoss Central.

Suggest the plugin be here:
