Yesterday I downloaded 4.1.0.20111111 and launched it.
I've got the error I wrote about in the comment above: "no tag was defined for name: editor".
User guide for RF4 says that there is no need in adding anything to web.xml, just libraries should be put to the "lib" folder.  I did it. But with no success.
