There has to be something wrong with EAP 5.1 that's causing this problem. But if the workaround is to upgrade to EAP 5.1.1, perhaps that's ok? Perhaps EPP has a similar workaround?
I've never tried it with anything but SOA-P 4.3 and up, so this may be the first time that particular functionality has been tested against these particular combinations of tooling & runtimes?
