If project with set "Default Hibernate Project Console" configuration is imported to another workspace, Hibernate Console configuration is imported as well.

Testcase:
1. Create project
2. Create Hibernate console
3. Set hibernate console as default for the project
4. Switch to another workspace
5. Import project
ASSERT: Hibernate console exists in new workspace
