I've opened the file in the WTP's web page editor and have got the same ^X and ^V shortcuts in the context menu for the source editor. See screenshots.

In the *Edit menu* and in the *context menu* for the *visual editor* the shortcuts are correct: "Commnad+X" and "Commnad+V".
