Marking as blocker since if these are not picked up then:

A) new workspaces will no longer get the servers that been configured. 
B) it indicates a change/regression in the installer or JBDS it self that can be tricky to restore/fix in an update 
C) it might indicate problems in the runtime detection - i.e. missing detectors or similar.
