Could you please provide the steps to reproduce the issue?
What version of Linux did you use?
I have tried different ways to reproduce it (different Linux, Windows versions, EPP 4.3 CP03, EPP 4.3 CP06, JDK 1.6.0.24, 1.6.0.27..), but haven't succeeded to reproduce it.
The only way I can do it is to deploy the application and undeploy it, remove the portlet and install the application using the same portlet name. However, this is a runtime issue.
If you have more portlets with the same name, please ask the EPP runtime team to fix the issue.
