I have tried to reproduce the issue using
JBoss Developer Studio
Version: 4.1.1.GA
Build id: v20110908-0132-H1012-GA
Build date: 20110908-0132

and 

JBoss Developer Studio
Version: 5.0.0.M3
Build id: v20110921-1002-H29-M3
Build date: 20110921-1002

but haven't succeeded.

If you use JBoss Tools, ensure that all the project examples plugins are included (o.j.t.project.examples, o.j.t.project.examples.cheatsheet)

You have set Affects version to 3.3.0.M3, but the fix version to 3.2.2.Final.

Please specify the environment you have used (the exact version of JBDS 5.0.0.M3).
