OK, this is fixed but won't appear until the next time the central component job respins and then the aggregate build respins.

I'd already fixed this but central/plugins/org.jboss.tools.central/src/org/jboss/tools/central/JBossCentralActivator.java was pointing at a file in Sneja's workspace instead of a published version on download.jboss.org.

So, instead the activator now points at these files: 

http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/updates/nightly/trunk/directory.xml
http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/updates/nightly/trunk/plugins/org.jboss.tools.central.discovery_*.jar
