I have installed JBoss Tools 3.3.0.M3 from update site, and created JSF 2.0 project without libraries. I have copied RichFaces 4.1.0.M3 libraries to my project a I have created simple xhtml site. 

*In the palette is RichFaces 3.3 taglib, instead of new 4.0.0.Final.*
