Not following were usage agreement comes into place here ?

First hit on google says: http://www.xinotes.org/notes/note/1005/

yum install gtk2-engines.i686

others says gtk-theme-engine-clearlooks

so please try installing that.

For me it looks like you linux gtk is using noninstalled theme - i.e. not specific to jbds or tools
