No disagreeing. My point is that the usual workflow is to send people to http://www.jboss.org/tools/download/dev where the instructions are more frequently updated.

That said, I'll fix the generated update site index.html for M4 and Beta1 so that it's more clear how to do an install.

(Bear in mind however that instructions are only as good as the user's ability to READ them. There's only so much polishing you can do.)
