Steps to repro:

1. install Oracle JDK 6 SE 32-bit JDK: jdk-6u25-windows-i586.exe

2. install Oracle JDK 6 SE 64-bit JDK: jdk-6u25-windows-x64.exe (prolly not needed)

3. double-click jbdevstudio-product-win32-4.1.1.v201110271900R-H748-GA.jar to launch install process.

After installing JBDS4.1.1.CR2 (GA), I created a few example projects as shown:

Then I tried to install the Subclipse and Mylyn features from the Extras site (zip file version) and the reported crash happened. See details in attached logs.
