Cannot be fixed in 4.x stream as this depends on Eclipse 3.6 removing its references to external update sites like Helios or Indigo from its base features' feature.xml files.

Fixed in 5.x stream, which depends on Eclipse 3.7 and in there they've removed the refs to sites in their feature.xml files (since they're no longer needed there).
