Yep, it's there. The problem (other than that you're not in IRC to chat about this interactively - :P) is that this feature is missing from the JBDS product feature, though many of the other DTP features ARE there:

So, since the rest of the DTP stuff is included, and since Max believes this should be in the Core, not an add-on exclusively for Teiid, I'm adding it in trunk to the JBDS product feature:
