Once installed the readme.txt found the installation directory contains a link to the release notes:

Firstly it's the wrong version and secondly the link doesn't exist. It should be:

http://docs.redhat.com/docs/en-US/JBoss_Developer_Studio/4.1/html-single/4.1.0_Release_Notes/index.html
