This issue it's not fixed in jbdevstudio-product-linux-gtk-5.0.0.v201109071858R-H28-M3. But it seems to be fixed in Eclipse WTP 3.3.1 which is not released yet.
Since JBDS 5.0.0 still includes WTP 3.3.0 you have to install JBoss Tools 3.3.0.M3 + the latest nightly build of WTP 3.3.1 to verify the fix.
