Removing Data Tools Intro from Teiid Designer Runtime feature.

Removing our org.teiid.designer.modelgenerator.uml2 plugin from feature since we removed the UI that exposed an old importer feature.

Teiid Designer will still have a dependency to UML2 through our org.teiid.designer.metamodels.uml2 since we will be supporting legacy UML2 Designer XMI files at least until our 8.0 release.

Not sure if this will clear up all these issues, but just might.
